Keep the Emporium sexy, consensual, and safe. Break these and you're out. Effective 4 September 2026 · Version 2.0.

Adults only. Everyone here is 18+. Report anyone who seems younger — we act fast.
Consent is everything. Chat opens only when interest is mutual. "No" ends it. Don't pressure, guilt, or pester.
Be yourself. Real photos, real you, four max. No catfishing, no stolen images.
Tasteful, not explicit. Suggestive is welcome; hardcore nudity and sexual acts are not allowed in profile media.
No solicitation. No selling sex, no ads, no promo, no off-platform "menus."
No hate or harassment. Racism, transphobia, misogyny, threats, and doxxing get you banned.
Privacy. Don't screenshot and share others' photos or chats. What happens in the Emporium stays there.

Represent your identity, age, and intentions accurately.
Get consent from anyone identifiable in what you upload — and be able to show it.
Treat people respectfully, including when the conversation is frank.
Follow the law where you are.
Keep what others share with you private.

These carry no warning and no second chance:

Any sexual depiction of a minor, real, simulated, or generated — removed and reported to NCMEC.
Intimate images shared without the depicted person's consent.
Content presenting non-consensual acts as consensual, or eroticising violence, coercion, or incapacitation.
Content depicting anyone who appears impaired or incapacitated.
Bestiality.
Anything connected to trafficking.
Minors in any context, including ordinary photographs.
Hate speech and harassment.

Before it is stored. Every photo is classified by an automated system before it is written anywhere. Content that breaches policy is rejected outright rather than removed after the fact.
Text too. Profile text is screened when you save it, and chat messages are screened before they are delivered.
When the machine is unsure, a person looks. Anything uncertain is held for human review rather than published. If a check cannot complete, content waits rather than slipping through.
Reports are read. Every profile and conversation has a report control, and reports naming a minor jump the queue.

Three or more level 3 actions within twelve months means permanent termination.

Appeal a removal or suspension by writing to support@hookupemporium.com within 14 calendar days of the notice.
Say what action you are appealing, why, and include anything that supports it.
We issue a written decision within 14 business days.
No appeal is available for terminations involving CSAM, confirmed NCII, confirmed trafficking, or three or more valid DMCA strikes.
