Last updated: 4 September 2026 ยท Our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), published in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.
1. Zero tolerance
Hookup Emporium is an adults-only service. Child sexual abuse and exploitation is absolutely prohibited, and no context, framing, or claimed intent makes it acceptable. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualised depictions of minors (real, drawn, or generated), grooming, sextortion, solicitation of a minor, and trafficking. Accounts involved are removed permanently, without warning and without appeal.
2. Adults only, by design
Registration is restricted to people aged 18 or over. Every new account passes an age gate and must confirm and supply a date of birth; an account that declares an age under 18 cannot be created. We additionally support document-and-selfie age verification, and an account we believe belongs to a minor is suspended on discovery rather than on confirmation.
3. How we prevent and detect it
Every photo uploaded to a profile, a private album, or a chat is classified by an automated moderation system before it is stored, and content that breaches policy is rejected outright rather than removed later. Profile text and chat messages are screened by the same system. Anything the classifier is unsure about is held for human review rather than published. Where a check cannot complete, content is withheld for review rather than allowed through.
4. How to report a child safety concern
Every profile and every conversation carries a Report control, and "Involves a minor" is a dedicated reason. Reports naming a minor are routed for priority human review ahead of all other queues. You do not need an account to raise a concern: email support@hookupemporium.com and a person will respond.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
5. What happens after a report
We remove the content and suspend the account. Evidence is preserved in a restricted store rather than deleted, so that it remains available to the authorities, and it is never returned to the account holder. We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement requests, in line with our legal obligations as an electronic service provider.
6. Point of contact
Child safety enquiries, including from regulators, platforms, and law enforcement: support@hookupemporium.com. We aim to acknowledge within one business day.
